Quality Control

We have a diligent team of experienced quality controllers that aids us in improving quality in our Stainless Steel Casting, Wear Resistant Casting, Heat Resistant Casting and Fixtures etc. We emphasize on testing chemical composition as well as physical properties of raw materials. Also, sand used for creating molds for fabrication of consumable spares, wires as well as coils is passed through stringent quality testing procedures. Prior to final dispatch, items are thoroughly monitored for searching defects. At sheet metal shop, it is ensured properly that tools as well as gauges are tested under several CMM levels.

Testing

We have maintained records with consistent improvement in quality production at our production units. At our in-house quality control unit, we are equipped with:

  • Foundry master emission spectrometer by Was Germany that ensures 100 percent testing of input as well as in-process material
  • Hardness testing machine
  • Physical testing in terms of tensile strength, elongation, etc
  • Radiography and ultrasonic testing machine

Key Milestones

  • 1971- Mr S D Sharma & Mr V P Sharma started Initial Business Line with factory set-up at Faridabad location. Product range included SS 410 Impeller castings, Sugar as well as Paper Plant valves
  • 1995- Started fabrication of heat proof stainless steel castings
  • 2000-Started manufacturing of air blasters, related spares, SS products
  • 2009-Started investment casting facility at Faridabad location
  • 2010- Started Sheet Metal Facility at Kichha, Rudrapur location
